We are the owners of Paige’s Pastries & Bistro. Craig the chef and husband, Paige the baker and wife. We started the business a few years ago out of our home with Paige baking and Craig decorating. We have since grown and opened our 1st FoodTruck in 2020 during the pandemic and 1st restaurant in Austell, Ga in 2022. Our goal is to serve delicious desserts and flavorful food whenever we get in the kitchen. Our specialty is cheesecakes because Paige is from NY and makes killer cheesecake and custom meals as Craig takes traditional southern meals and adds his own Cajun flare.
We have 4 beautiful children who we strive to set an example for daily. We are not open daily because we want to make sure we spend time with them as they grow.
