I brought my nephew here during the summer. The communication the understanding and the appreciation that this company has showed me I will never forget hands-down. The best business I have ever went into.! My nephew enjoyed his time here and it will definitely be a place that comes to every summer while I have them. The people here are wonderful people if you have kids and you’re looking for a positive environment this is!

I am 25 years old and was looking for a place where a workout could be fun but also effective. This place is it! The kickboxing classes is a mix of HIIT workouts (just keeping your heart rate up) but you also get to punch/ kick and learn moves and it’s beginner friendly all the way to pro level they cater to each. The staff is so wonderful. Everyone is nice and welcoming and the prices are great! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking to lose weight or just pick up a new hobby.

Our 5 yr old started taking the youth classes back in March. Austin, Brian and Chase have been AMAZING with him. We have recommended them to everyone we know and will continue to do so. Looking forward to seeing our little guy grow his skills and glad to have found a great gym with Coaches that seem to actually care about the kiddos.

My experience here has been life changing! I remember finding this place through Groupon 4 years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since ! Austin really made me feel welcomed especially being a newbie with no experience in kickboxing ! He always motivated me and worked with me . In just under 3 weeks , I started seeing results . My body was more lean and fit ! I honestly recommend to anyone looking to get fit and looking for great coaches who truly love what they do !

I've been coming to knuckle up for years. I've always had a hard time losing weight but Austin has been training with me and encouraged a great diet for me and I couldnt be happier. My son is now at they age for jujutsu and I signed him up this a great place for kids as well !
