This place is an absolute joke! My insurance company recommended them as part of their guaranteed repair network and that in itself deserves a laugh with tears! An estimate of over $10,000 for a collision repair only to pick up my car after two weeks with the job poorly done. Car looked like someone was playing arts and crafts with clue and double-sided tape exposed! Parts needed to be reordered causing another additional two weeks of hassle. Driving a car that the repair was not properly completed on and fighting to get assistance from the shop was an episode of FML…wild! Delayed road trip, missed appointments and the inconvenience of my work being negatively impacted is what Gerber did for me. A mess!!!

I have waited a bit before giving this review for several reasons, but mainly because I let someone talk me into believing something that wasn't true.
First let me say that they do very good work. But when I got my car back I noticed the rear quarter had been painted. A client that was present at the time convinced me that it should not have been painted and it must be because they hid something. It had actually happened on another vehicle I own with one of the dealerships around here just a week before so admittedly I was gun shy. I made a bit of a fuss with them before I went and actually talked to a real painter and he explained it absolutely had to be done and explained why. My only problem was that I thought something had been done without telling me. Part of what I was seeing was something I totally forgot about. There was a long drip in the ceramic coating. I always thought the car looked pretty damn good. I'm extremely picky because part of what I do is paint correction and this car was basically a showcase of my work.
In the end, I called and apologized and have to admit that I was wrong and the car really does look amazing. So I guess the big lesson here is if you question anything, go directly to them and ask the question. And maybe just a little more explaining about what was done to your car might help.
I do highly recommend them, and would go back if I ever needed something done if I can get over feeling very guilty about what transpired.

My car was at the shop over a month, in which I had a rental, they started repairs September 7 and did not complete them until October 10. I ultimately had start paying my rental out of pocket meanwhile my completion date kept being piches back every time I called to check. It was hard for me to even plan my rental ahead of time due to the shop being behind schedule. I talked to Steve the manager a few times in which he informed me it was only supposed to be an 18 day repair, in which I should have gotten my car October 3, but 7 days later I continued to get the run around. Eventually when I call for the manager I would either get no call back at all or a call close to closing time. As a customer I was treated with a “That’s your problem not mine” attitude from the point I had to pay out of pocket for my rental.
