Megan, Tee, Stacy, and Karlin, are more than EXCEPTIONAL, The customer service I received today was far more than stellar. Everyone on the staff was fast and efficient and more than eager to attend to my needs pertaining to my jaguar F pace.. I can only stay with customer service like this you would break your neck to come to this location before going anywhere else here in Douglasville . The prices are extremely affordable and yes VETERANS they do give us a discount! They are winning in all areas to me!

I am disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism and courtesy from Meghan, the assistant MOD. I came into the store asking for where to find screws that attach my license plate and before I could finish my statement, she cut me off and rudely said the aisle. I didn’t respond to that. I went to the aisle and there were a number of screws to attached your license plate and I didn’t know which one. So I asked, which screws and she was like any of them will work. Now I don’t know a lot about cars, but I do know that if there’s a variety of screws, not all of them do the same thing. So I selected a pack, purchased it, and left only to find out very quickly that I did not have the right pack of screw. I go back inside and was able to exchange the screws. Tee was very helpful but the manager did not open her mouth. She did not apologize. Nothing to that effect. I’ve lived in Douglasville almost 30 years and I always come to this store for auto help. And I remember a time when the staff would even come outside to look at your car to make sure you were getting what you need. I don’t know if something has happened to management or the pandemic but in this economy where people don’t need to or have to spend their money with a particular place, employees, especially management has to do better!

I went to the Hospital Drive location for a new low beam bulb for my headlight. Having very little knowledge surrounding car maintenance/repairs, I was nervous about coming in by myself, but Megan and Tee made me feel very comfortable. Tee took my budget into consideration and helped me find the exact bulb I needed with no judgment. Megan expertly installed the new bulb and helped me check to make sure it was working perfectly. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Again. Customer service was good. This is the second time today, that this same part was used/damaged and being sold as new. This box was completely torn open and the part had cracks from prior installation, which someone didn't use correct torque specifications. It's not exceptable Autozone! Something needs to be done. This should not be present at #1 store, let alone #2 in the same area. This makes Douglasville stores, look really bad!
