Called for a tow through triple AAA and they picked up my service call.
One of the worst experience ever and I had to file a complaint because they had my car in tow for over 5 hours and got upset wit me because I reported them for not dropping my car off yet. My car was picked up at 6:22 and it’s almost midnight now and this company has yet to drop it off!!! One scratch on my Lexus and I will file a lawsuit against this company! Never ever will I use them and I will make sure to let everyone I come in contact with know not to use them!!! Very unprofessional and the guy that picked up my car was so hyped up and jittery the whole experience was terrible stay far away from using this company services!

This company is absolutely awful! I waited over two and half hours for the tow truck to arrive. I went through my car insurance company for roadside assistance otherwise I would have canceled. They took their precious time. It was extremely hot outside with no gas and a flat tire. Do not seek their services! Worst tow experience ever!
