These guys are the best, they know Ford. I take my 88 Ford F150 there when I want upgrades, valve cover gaskets, etc. They have always been so friendly, I even enjoy just sitting & having conversations with the office people, down to earth, great folks! Love this place! Ford ❤️💯

Had Boss 302 intake installed down load BAMA tuner and changed my CAI from air raid to a JLT easier to install on Boss 302 all at a good price as well

I needed a pulley on an old generator taken off and put on a newly remanufactured generator I purchased that did not come with the fan belt pulley. It is for a 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL. The auto parts stores could not find this fan belt pulley. Everyone was super nice. The mechanic stopped what he was doing to help me. Everyone in the business was super nice. I was money well spent. I started to do it myself and decided really quickly that I was going to have a problem.

Treated my vehicle with respect and care. (Even protected my seats, steering wheel, shifter knob, and floor mats with protective covers). Thorough inspection of my issue and detailed information relayed.
Honesty at it's finest and super professional.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Bought my Mustang from a dealer in Knoxville who sold me a car that shouldn’t have even been driven as-is. It had a check engine light and would shut off while I was driving constantly. Honestly, a very dangerous situation. After months and months of having issues with Jim Tidwell Ford not being able to fix my car, I brought it here. Over the course of my car being at Higgins for a month, I probably easily called them 30 times. They spent hours collectively with me on the phone. They even got on the phone with me and the dealer! Every single person I spoke to on the phone was so nice and extremely willing to explain things to me to help me understand what was going on. Patience is an understatement. These guys absolutely know their stuff. Turned out my car was set up for a supercharger without the supercharger! Ended up needing a new tune and stock fuel injectors and a few other things.
