I had a facial by Dani Shadix and it was amazing. You get so relaxed you almost go to sleep. She does a scape massage that is awesome. The products she uses makes your skin feel so soft. I promise you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Can’t wait for my next one.

I got a facial with Dani at European Body Wrap and it was amazing and so relaxing! Dani is so sweet and very knowledgable of the products that she uses and recommends. The spa atmosphere was calming, and the staff is always super friendly. I left with my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing (literally). Highly recommend for a 5-star experience!

After deciding that this year will be the year I indulge in self care, I chose European Body Wrap & Medi Spa for my first facial in many years. Upon arrival, I was placed in the relaxation room to fill out basic paperwork before my appointment. This room was calm and inviting and offered complimentary water, hot drinks, mints, etc. It being a Christian spa, I enjoyed the Bible that was placed within this room as well. Cynthia was my esthetician, and she made my experience wonderful. My face felt wonderful after my thirty minute microdermabrasion facial. I enjoyed all the products used during my visit (they all seem to have smelt amazing), but I also enjoyed being informed on what everything was and its purpose. They also offer a very easy online booking system with great descriptions on their services for making your decision easier when choosing a service.

My hope is that the services performed are better than the customer service! If you are serious about self care, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Booked appointment, appointment was confirmed via phone, and morning of appointment cancelled due to MT calling in sick. I’m not unreasonable and life happens. However, to offer me an appointment 2-3 weeks out or in late September was poor business practice. When I called to discuss the matter with someone, I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Not once did a staff person come back to the line and say, “My apologies, we are short staffed, can I call you back, nothing!” I have been visiting the same spa for 15 years and retrieve service 2-3 a month, however due to decline in customer service, it was time to find a new home. Ownership/Leadership, there are plenty patrons who love supporting small businesses, but in order to continue to thrive please examine your policies or training of staff to create long term client base. .

The best kept secret in west Georgia! Every service I’ve had (and I’ve had many) here has been phenomenal. The staff are kind, encouraging, supportive, and go out of their way to make your experience personal. Take it from a “city” girl - this small town spa has everything you need with a touch of home. I’m a customer for life. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
