I saw Miss Angela a week ago. She was amazing! I had bad back spasms and tight hips and she worked the kinks out. She also gave me tips for stretching and how to better care for my back. Her space is very calming and she has wonderful energy. I'll definitely be back.

I have been receiving treatment from Angela at Absolute Body Care (ABC) for over a year. It is incredible to find such a knowledgeable and talented therapeutic massage therapist here in Douglasville!
For several years now, Angela has been working synergetically but independently in a local chiropractor's office, Chapel Hill Chiropractic. No, you do not need to see the chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Pidgeon...(but I hear that he is an excellent chiropractor if you have that need also.)

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I explained the arthritis and tendonitis issues I have in both my arms and Angela went to work! They felt better right away and continue to feel much better than they did before the massage. She also worked on my jaw (TMD) working loose the muscles and also somehow, popping my ear and clearing up some hearing issues on one sie. I'll be a regular client from here on.

I had been experiencing pain in my right shoulder radiating down to my fingers that was keeping me up nights. It was one of those pains you couldn’t reach, and I was popping Aleve just to sleep. I seriously thought I needed a doctor but decided to try massage first. I went in for a regular Swedish massage, but when Angela discovered my issues, she knew exactly what to do! I’ve been getting better sleep and feel great. The pain has completely subsided. I will definitely be going back! Thanks, Angela!
