This boxing gym is amazing! You can feel the encouragement, the confidence, the strength, and the love in the air. This is a family operated gym and each trainer/coach takes a personal and familiar approach to each session. So glad my kids as I found this gym. We feel right at home and the kids are learning very quickly. Their confidence has changed and they do their homework quickly to get to the gym. A plus all the way around.

If you’re looking for a family friendly place where you can learn high level boxing skills… this is the place. The gym offers services for all ages and conditions, and make learning to box fun, but very feasible to learn. Coach Johnny and his family do an awesome job of being personable and really make feel like your apart of what they are offering to the community. As someone with an athletic back ground, they do a great job of pushing me to the limit , but I’ve also seen them work with kids, teens, elderly, and people with conditions such as Parkinson’s. All seem to be enjoying themselves and continue to show up every week. If you’re in Douglasville and looking to get into the sport of boxing or looking for a great fun workout to stay in shape, check out Defiant Wolf Boxing Fitness Center, you will not be disappointed!!!

Been trying to write this review of Defiant Wolf for a while now, but its hard putting into words how much Coach Johnny , Jasmine, and there whole family mean to me. I was struggling with my weight loss journey and didn't know where to turn to next. Then I came upon the gym on Facebook, read the reviews and thought, this could be the gym for me to try. Still didn't go for a couple of months. But then I got the courage to walk in the door, and was immediately put at ease. Everything about the workout was explained exactly how it would go. So I started the next week, and the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the gym was. They asked me about my goals and tailored my workout around them. They genuinely want you to succeed as much as you do yourself. My weight loss journey, which i thought was at a standstill was moving forward again.In five weeks I have lost 26 lbs. It wasn't easy, but knowing they care about you realizing your full potential, got me up every morning. Pushed me through the hard workouts. I love the entire Defiant Wolf family. They might not know this until now but they have gave me a reason to live again. If you are thinking about trying a boxing gym. You have already found it.

Is the goal "Staying Alive" then this fitness center is for you. If your looking for a place that nurtures your body and soothes your soul, coaches Johnny and Jasmine are the folks who will make it happen.
Old to young, all are welcome here. Its the model of what a positive business in a diverse community should be. Come try it out. This is my 2nd full year...82 and feeling fine!
