This is a nice gym, but I unfortunately had to cancel my membership because the air had been broken for months, and they didn’t seem interested in fixing it. I would go in and be met with sickening heat and humidity before I even had a chance to break my own sweat. I can’t imagine how they’re holding up in this heat wave. If you like “hot” workouts that feel as if you’re in a sauna, this is the place for you. It is a very nice gym otherwise.

Don’t sign up unless you plan to stay forever. They claim if you cancel within a year you have to pay a $50 cancellation fee but even if you wait after the year, the process to simply cancel your membership takes a month and then they’ll charge you for an additional month after cancellation just for giggles. You can’t even cancel the membership through YouFit, you have to go through a third party. Oh and there’s still a fee to cancel your membership on top of paying for the additional month. No other gym is as greedy and genuinely dishonest as YouFit. I’ve been to several different gyms and this gym by far was the worst with how many hoops I had to jump through and how much money they stole just by trying to cancel it. DO NOT invest ANY time or money in to this gym. And if you do, make sure you ask about the $10 membership that they absolutely will not advertise to you unless you ask. It’s essentially the exact same membership as the others…

I too was a victim of YouFit staff of incompetence. Came in person to cancel membership and none of the staff knew what to do. I ended up incurring a charge erroneously and when I tried to contact the corporate office they were not receptive, and very dismissive.Very disappointed in this company. My trainer Shymere was the best! It's unfortunate that you work for a company of greed and who doesn't value the customer only their payments.

It is currently 8:45am and no one is here to open the gym. This is not the first time. I am watching people get pissed and leave. It’s frustrating and irresponsible, that’s the nicest way I can say it.
Other than that major inconvenience, I like it here a lot. Good people and never too crowded
