When we were opening our new location, we needed someone to come in and wire all our equipment. And we needed it done quickly. Full Circle came in and got everything wired up and running in no time. They did everything we asked and needed. We've been up and running and have been going wide open. We haven't had to worry about any electrical issues since. That's a huge relief in our business!

Outstanding service, quality work and great value! I was having issues with power to my duplex which was effecting 2 families. Full Circle Electric squeezed me into their schedules and then surged the manpower needed to pull permits, replace a circuit panel from the 1960s, fix a grounding issue and run a new cable from the weatherhead to the meter. I asked a lot of questions during the process and received clear and concise answers. The coordination between Full Circle, the power company technicians and the inspector was smooth and professional. After observing 4 Full Circle technicians working hard to get my property squared away as quickly as possible I fully expected my invoice to be more than the quoted figure. The price quoted was honored which was truly a great value. If you need electrical work in West GA do yourself a favor and call Full Circle to provide you with one of your quotes. Then hire them.

My parents moved to the Douglasville area over a year ago and Robert was heaven sent! He is very honest, efficient, and takes pride in his work. He did an amazing job mounting our tv over the fireplace and moved the outlet behind the tv to insure the wires would not be visible. They were very fast and professional. Wait! Thats not all!!.... Robert went over and beyond by referring other professionals to help with any other household needs to make the moving transition very easy. This shows that he genuinely cares about his clients.

This is a great company. I've used them many times in the past and have always been happy with the service and the prices. You can tell this is a small company that wants to earn and keep your business. They always inform me of my options and I'm always surprised at how much more they deliver than what I was even expecting. Thank you!

Be ready that the work will be performed by NON-licensed electricians (the name of one of them is Barry). Robert said that everyone does like that. But license is given not to the company but to person so other persons cannot work with this license as they are not tested. We understood the risk but we wanted to be sure that at least Robert will be ready to take responsibility for the work if something would be done wrong by his NON-licensed electricians. Therefor we asked Robert to sign a contract (which specified the scope of work and their responsibility for this work) and to give us an affidavit to pass county inspection as this work was under permit. He promised to sign a contract and give us an affidavit after work would be done and we paid in full. His "promise" was in power only by the minute his electricians got the money for the work. I decided to share my experience with Full Circle Electrical LLC to let people know with what kind of service and people they will deal with. Here are the issues which we had to deal while the work was performed by his NON-licensed electricians: 1. They were in a rush. The most common words which we heard from Barry - "We are good to go", "We are good to go". But they spend much more time then they expected only because we didn't accept low quality work and they had to re-do it. 2. On the ceiling of the first floor the wire was secured to plywood not to the beam. This is hazardous risky for the installer of the floors on the second floor because he can be shocked by power while laying the floors. My husband told them that it should't be like that even though he is not a professional electrician. They had to re-do this. 3. We asked to put the outlet in a backsplash area on 44" hight. When we saw the outlet on the wall, we asked - Is it on correct hight? Barry said - "yes". We measured by tape and it was 52" hight from the floors. They had to re-do this. 3. The wire in a crawl space was run so close to hot-water pipe that it touched it. Again - we are not electricians but we understand, that it shouldn't be like that. But the wire has been already run so tightly that it took them much more time to re-do it then if they would everything right from the beginning. 4. They measured the center space in a ceiling hallway to install recessed lights. We asked - are you sure that you found the exact middle of the ceiling. Again we got "yes"-answer and "we are good to go". I think you can predict that the recessed lights were not in a center point. They had to re-do this. 5. Barry said that there is a limit for brakers in one main electrical panel up to 42 items. So if we want to have more - we should install sub-panel on a side. I searched the Internet and found that this limitation was in force till 2008 (Data Bulletin 1600DB0701 01/2008). Two thoughts: - Barry doesn't know this basic electrical stuff OR - Barry is more interested in installing subpanel for $1500 then to install new braker for $50. After work we gave the money to Barry hoping that Robert will keep his promise and will return the contracts and the affidavit that I sent him BEFORE the work started. And we said that we are not satisfied with the quality of their work but we can go forward and give them work in our remodeling kitchen if they will improve there work attitude. Barry became rude and boorish, he turned his back with words - "I got the money - I'm good to go". Today (the next day after work) I called Robert and asked him how can we meet to exchange the paper contracts and affidavit. Robert said that he wouldn't give me the contract and affidavit as "...you misbehaved with Barry". We? We misbehaved with poor Barry? What a hypocrisy and harboring! We were just deceived. These company and Robert personally didn't what to take any responsibility which is fixed in any paper. Barry even gave us a receipt WITHOUT company's name. I am glad that I shared my experience with people as such behavior shouldn't be rewarded. And in our hands the tool to eliminate such non-professional and unfair contractors.
