We were so impressed with Twins Septic. Not only did they do an excellent job of pumping the septic at the house we were purchasing but their inspection was top notch (turns out the tank had more than one compartment which had been missed by other companies). They gave us helpful advice on how to keep the septic running smoothly and what might come up in the future. They were quick to respond, they were on-time, and they were nice. While I hope we have no future septic issues you can bet we will be calling them if anything comes up (or doesn't go down😜).

Twins showed up as scheduled to pump our septic. Both owners walked me through the entire process,carefully dug up my plants so I can re-plant them and dug up just where was needed to get to the lid without tearing up our yard. They went over and beyond. I highly recommend Twins Plumbing & Septic for ALL if your plumbing needs. We certainly will use them again. Again, Thank you!!

Called Twins on Monday (3/9/20) needing 2 hot water heaters replaced. They were here this morning (3/10/20) with 2 new Rheem hot water heaters. In and out in about 1-1/2 hours. Very professional, answered all my questions, very reasonable price! Will definitely use again. Thanks Jeffrey! Oh, and I called like 3 times to figure things out and was treated very nice on the phone as well!!
Once again Twins did an awesome job. Came out yesterday (3/16/20) to pump my septic tank. Was on time (actually a little early), made sure I knew what was going on, and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend!!!

Highly recommend that prospective homeowners use Twins Septic during the due diligence period. A routine septic pumping and inspection identified major expensive issues with the drain field. The team was able to walk me through the entire inspection process and give picture / video evidence of the issues. We spent several hundred dollars on the inspection, but were able to avoid the $22,000 expense to remove the septic and connect to the sewer if we would have purchased the house.
