0 stars if I could. My usual plumber was booked for the day so their receptionist gave me Foster’s number. Called for a quote and the owner insisted he come out. He seemed very nice at first but the prices he was telling me seemed extremely high and the way he explained them seemed deceitful. I got a few more quotes and sure enough my hunch was correct, prices were about half his quote and the other techs said his explanation didn’t make sense or apply to my situation. The owner called to schedule the service randomly, even though I never told him I wanted to move forward, and once I told him I was getting other quotes his attitude changed quickly and he became very rude and abrupt. Next thing I know I received a bill in the mail, for him having come out to provide me with a quote. I called him when I received the bill as I had never agreed to, nor was I informed of any charges prior to him coming out. He got heated and cursed me out, told me to go F myself, and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and aggressive. Stay away.

Scott Foster is a great honest man that l have had the pleasure to know for a long time. He has worked hard starting when he was younger and I'm proud to still call him for my plumbing needs. He and his staff are very qualified and have been with Fosters Plumbing for years !

DO NOT do business with this company!!!! Please use ANYONE else. There are so many other professional companies to choose from. Scott Foster was EXTREMELY rude, with bad language. He promise to place us first on his list for emergency plumbing for this morning. We were instructed to call when they opened at 8:30. We called at 8:37, to be told that he was servicing someone else that has an emergency. We advised him of our previous conversation and that he said to call at 8:30am, & how we will be the first on his list… He became upset of the reminder and said, “well I’m not coming. I’m not coming at all today.” Then he hung up on us. To be honest, after the rudeness I wouldn’t have trusted him within my home for service.

My new and select choice for plumbing service. Very professional and clean service. I'm so thankful that Mr. Scott was able to help me out. I'd come home to find that my hot water heater had quit. Water was pouring out of both sides, and I'm not sure how many hours this water was wasting but my garage and front yard was full of water. The great news is Foster Plumbing treated my situation like a priority and promptly responded to my home within an hour, determined what was needed, picked up and installed my new hot water heater. My family was able to bathe with hot water. Thanks so much to you Scott and your son. You made a stressful situation calming for me.

This is my second time using Foster Plumbing and they never cease to amaze me. Scott Foster is very nice, professional, and he cares. Tommie and Mike are awesome, professional, and they got the job done. I am very pleased with the staff and Mr. Foster. I recommend these guys! Thank you!
