My kids absolutely love Big Air Hiram! It’s hands down the best value in Paulding County for fun and exercise.
We all have annual passes and go many times a year. The staff are super nice and always make time to chat.
The lounge is really great to hang out after the jump to grab a pizza, dipping dots and watch funny videos on the big TVs.

Good place.
Great facility. Well lit, safe, lots of padding, and lots of fun stations:
-free jump area
-dodgeball court
-volleyball court
-VR game area
-the "orbit" (a rotating arm that you have to jump over)
-battle beam
-6-yrs-old-and-under-only area
-giant foam pit
-American ninja-like gauntlet
and a few more stations I'm pretty sure I missed.
Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun.
If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some.
Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun.
Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating.
Facilities were all clean.
They had benches for those who didn't want to jump.
Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids.

The best trampoline and indoor activity place our family has ever been to (and we’ve been to many in the area). They have high quality and maintained equipment, plenty of helpful, friendly and attentive staff. We were there for my child’s birthday party on a Saturday and it wasn’t too crowded, and they really did it right and made it easy. They even made pizza and chicken tenders on site and unlike most places like this it’s actually pretty good! While they have a place for the little kids, it was better suited for our 8 and 11 year-old than our 3 year-old.

We attended a birthday party at Big Air. I signed my kids in with the waiver and was given three stickers for 1 adult, 1 child, and 1 “under 2.” The party host put “with mom” next to the child under 2. When my husband showed up we decided it was best for him to jump with the youngest. However, the manager refused to let us switch to “dad with toddler” and made my husband pay full price for socks and an hour jump. I did not jump. It was a simple request. He was extremely rude and we will never be back to this location.

Very disappointed as we used to like to come here but will not return. I’m not going to go somewhere that my kids are treated differently. I’m assuming it’s not all the staff, but I won’t tolerate kids directly in front of me apparently breaking the rules, then my kids trying to jump together and being told no. It doesn’t add up to me. There were so many other kids I saw breaking the rules, with staff just walking directly past them, not saying a word to them. Rules are rules And I will absolutely follow the rules, But consistently needs to be there because it’s not fair to have other people being told to stop what they’re doing 80% rest of the kids are running around with parents not even watching them acting ridiculous.
